The competition is open to all primary schools in the Republic of Ireland, for children aged between four and twelve at the time of entry.
John McDonagh, Head of Consumer and Car Insurance Ireland at QUINN-direct said: "We are very excited to launch this competition in association with The Late Late Show and are pleased to be able to offer support to National schools through this competition. In what are difficult times we hope that this prize fund will go some way to easing the burden and improving the learning environment of the children in the winning schools."
Speaking at the launch, Ryan Tubridy said, "This is a fantastic competition and I can't wait to see the entries that come in from all the girls and boys across the country! The competition is an opportunity for kids to win some great kit for their school and give back to the teachers that give them so much. Best of luck to everyone that gets involved."
The winning card will need to show imagination, originality and creativity, and will depict what Christmas means for the individual entrant - it can be a favourite Christmas story, a Christmas tradition, Christmas theme or well known Christmas character.
Wednesday November 16th is the deadline for entries. The winning design will be chosen by an experienced judging panel.
