Vilma Diaz y La Sonora Perform for Hundreds Welcoming the New Year at Winter Wonderland
Vilma Diaz, the original voice of La Sonora and the Diva of Cumbia, performed with her band on New Year's Day at L. Ron Hubbard's Winter Wonderland, for the enjoyment of hundreds of Angelenos and tourists alike.
LOS ANGELES, CA, January 06, 2012 /Entertainment PR News/ -- Vilma Diaz, the original voice of La Sonora, performed with her band at L. Ron Hubbard's Winter Wonderland on January 1st of 2012, in celebration of the New Year! This performance was presented free to the community and hundreds enjoyed the performance, singing and dancing to songs from the Diva of Cumbia. Vilma sang some of her greatest hits including "Escandalo," "Mirada Latina," "Mi Cucu" and many more.
Vilma Diaz y La Sonora were joined by several other performers including Spanish sensation Mennina, Victor Guerrero (Solo Dime Que Me Quieres), Enrique Valle "El Primero", Desiree Estrada (Cada Dia es Navidad) and others.
After a month of continuous events and entertainment for the Hollywood community where thousands of people gathered every week to celebrate the holiday season, Winter Wonderland is now coming to and end for this year. The last event will be on January 6th celebrating Armenian Christmas and this will end the holiday season events at Winter Wonderland.
